The Funhub Nomad 42 Liveaboard Cruiser is designed specifically for the growing community of people who have made the decision to make a yacht their full-time home — trading a fixed address for the freedom to change their view, their climate, and their community at will, without sacrificing the practical comforts that make daily life functional and enjoyable. Every design decision in the Nomad 42 has been made through the lens of full-time habitation rather than occasional cruising: the galley is specification-equivalent to a land apartment kitchen with a full-size oven, four-burner induction cooktop, 200-liter 12V compressor refrigerator, separate chest freezer, and a domestic-grade countertop dishwasher; the master cabin provides a double island bed with orthopaedic mattress, bedside tables, reading lights, and storage sufficient for two adults’ full wardrobes; and the bathroom features a genuinely separate shower enclosure — not the combined head-shower arrangement that forces deck shoes into the shower to avoid wetting the toilet paper — with a thermostatically controlled pressure shower head and a heated towel rail. The dedicated study area with ergonomic chair, external monitor connection, and high-speed satellite internet via Starlink provides a proper working environment for remote professionals. A 5kg capacity marine-grade washing machine and vented tumble dryer are installed in the dedicated utility room. The diesel furnace provides whole-boat heating through a radiator circuit.
